Athens vs. Sparta




Athens and Sparta were very different. Sparta cared about the military. All the kids had to go to the military to train at the age of seven. They didn’t care a lot about education unlike Athens; Athens thought education was the most important thing. Their government was called Oligarchy. Athens and Sparta went to war and after that long war Sparta was the winner.

Athens was in war with Spartha for many years, Many people thought they were invetable which means that they will never be able to beat each other, This war was over when sparta declared war on athens. Athens had a very strong navy but spartha had a stronger navy and had more power because of it

Golden Age of Ancient Greece


A golden age is a time of peace and prosperity (wealth).
The golden age in ancient Greece was when Pericles ruled. Pericles had 3 specific policies. Pericles Ruled during the golden age in Greece. The rules that Pericles had during the golden age in Greece were Strength democracy, pays government workers so everyone can work, Strength Athena Empire and he hired many artist to go around and publish glorifying Athens.
